The body and hood feature 100gsm wadding, while the arms and plackets have 80gsm for easier movement. For extra protection against biting winds, the hood's edge is reinforced with 200gsm wadding, creating a perfect balance of warmth and flexibility, allowing adventurers to move freely while staying protected.

With a total of five pockets, including: two large, bellowed drop-in pockets with snap fastenings, two secure zipped pockets in the mid-section, and a hidden secure zipped pocket behind the central placket, there's ample storage for all your exploring essentials.


The central 2-way zip, protected by a double storm placket with snap fastenings, allows for easy ventilation and increased comfort when sitting. A unique feature of the Bowland is the three built-in finger loops near the neck, making it easier to secure the top snap fastenings without pressing them against your body, having user comfort at the centre of the design.
