Keep warm during chilly winter days with this lightweight gilet made with our Microgrid fleece. Designed to provide warmth without adding bulk to your outfit, this gilet uses a waffle-style fleece construction to trap in warm air and provide insulation without weight.
Featuring a low-bulk collar that’s designed to reduce the build-up of material around the neck when wearing multiple layers. 2 secure zipped hand pockets offer convenient storage space for your on-the-go essentials, or a comforting shelter for your hands on cold days. The zip guard by the neck also features a stretch tape for added comfort.
This gilet packs down into a built-in Packpocket to allow you to easily store it in your pack when you get too warm and need to de-layer. Pair this gilet with a base-layer on chilly days for a comfortable and warm mid-layer, or wear it under a waterproof if it looks like its going to rain. Because of its low bulk design, this gilet is the ideal fleece for layering with an insulation layer and a shell.

On my last jacket it was smooth and the gilet is brushed. The jackets were to warm around the house, but this works perfectly for me. The fit is a little slimer than the jackets so it works under a sports jacket as well if you need a little more warmth. The zip stops at the collar which is fine for me as the full zips can be a bit consticting around the throat when fully done up.
