    Whether you’re exploring close to home or embarking on an expedition in new terrain, these trousers are functional and versatile enough for every adventure. Designed with you in mind, they feature our UPF40+ Sun Protection Technology and Dynamic Moisture Control for comfort and protection.

    To protect you from unwanted insects and bugs, these trousers feature Insect Shield®. This treatment greatly reduces the chance of insect bites by eliciting a “hot foot” reaction, causing insects to fly or crawl away from you before having the chance to bite.

    For freedom of movement, these trousers have been designed with our 2-way stretch allowing them to move with you on your adventures without holding you back. Inside each trouser leg is an internal mesh cuff that adds protection from insects and scuff tape inside the hem improves durability by reducing wear over time. Enhance your protection without compromising the look of the trousers by tucking the mesh cuff into your socks.

    With a total of 6 pockets including zipped rear pocket, these trousers offer plenty of storage options for your adventure essentials. Two front hand pockets offer easy access to belongings you need close to hand. Inside the right hand pocket there is a hidden zip for storing your more valuable possessions, and inside the left hand pocket you will find a Tri-ring, ideal for securing things like your keys or other important items. Two large cargo pockets located on the thighs are perfect for storing larger items.

Low pack size is a benefit whether you’re packing for a day’s walking or for the trip of a lifetime. We continually scrutinise fabric specification and garment construction to minimise the packed size of our clothing. The actual pack size is tested and listed.

Fast Drying - Drying Time 4 hours

All Rohan clothing is designed to be very fast drying – as much a benefit for unexpected downpours as anything else. It’s easy to wash and often needs no ironing. Almost all garments will dry overnight, meaning you can take less with you. We test every item and list its drying time.

  • Insect Shield®

    Insect Shield® technology converts clothing into convenient, comfortable and effective protection against biting insects. Each garment is treated with permethrin – an invisible and odourless ingredient that helps protect against insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers and midges.

  • Sun Protection UPF 40+

    This garment has been tested in accordance with recognised international standards for ultraviolet radiation protection – and has been awarded a rating of UPF 40+. The protection offered may be significantly reduced with extended wear or if the garment is stretched or wet. Any associated UV risks will vary according to individual skin type or medical history.

  • Secure Pockets

    Losing possessions when you’re close to home is frustrating, but losing your car keys, passport, phone or wallet while you’re travelling can really spoil your adventure. That’s why we put lots of thought into developing safer pockets – deeper, zipped and hidden.
